This quilt top was made by a friend of mine who has since passed away and I had the privilege of finishing off this beauty. As you can see it is large quilt with a lot of blank space to quilt. Therefore, I decided that I could have some fun and do some custom quilting. I did a feather border and swirls and flowers in the next border, the following border had a loopy meandering, and I kept repeating the designs throughout the quilt. It was quite spectacular as you can see when it was done. I think that my friend would be happy with the results
