Luxury Quilt Stippling
So, I have finally pulled this beautiful quilt off of my machine and I am happy with how it turned out, I will take some better photos over the next few days but I thought I would share a sneak peak at the beauty of this quilt. I hope that you enjoy it. Oh and I discovered once I had pulled it off that I had missed 2 pink blocks, so it has to go back on and I have to finish those, ahhh
Ok, so I finally have some better pictures of my quilt, “Second chance Roses” thanks Helen for the suggestion for the name.
I managed to get some.great pictures of the details on this beauty, once again I am in awe of how fantastic this quilt came together. I hope that you all enjoy the details.
For those of you who have are only seeing this quilt for the first time, here is the story,
I found the centre of this quilt at a local thrift store. The table cloth was 48 x 48 inches, and all of the cross stitch was meticulously hand done. Whomever spent the hours lovingly stitching this table cloth was amazing, I would love to hug her and say thank you for such a great piece that I get to enjoy.
I used a 80/20 batting with a polyester fat bat for the loft.
I hope that you all enjoy this beautiful quilt.
