Custom Stippled Quilt

Sooo, I pulled this beautiful quilt off the machine to see what I still want to do on it, apart from the obvious piece that I forgot to quilt, I am loving how it looks, I am debating whether I am going to add any more fill on the open spaces only because I really love the look of the satin, all input welcome, thanks in advance
